The Ministry of Economy and Finance has published for public consultation the draft decree for the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) regarding corporate sustainability reporting obligations.
The public consultation will end on March 18, 2024, and the implementation must occur by July 6, 2024.
