Published in the Official Gazette on September 10, 2024, No. 212, Legislative Decree No. 125 of September 6, 2024, implements the transposition of Directive 2022/2464/EU (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive or CSRD) on corporate sustainability reporting.
The provision will come into effect next Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
